Complete Feet Healthcare Plan Subscription Terms and Conditions
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Complete Feet Healthcare Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 10465965 whose registered office is at Complete Feet Healthcare Limited, Unit 5 Healey New Mills, Healey Road, Ossett, WF5 8NF , together with its agents and sub-contractors.
When the subscription contract is formed
When you click "Subscribe" to submit your order on-line or telephone us with details of your order, you are making an offer to take out a subscription which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
If placing your order on-line when you click "Subscribe" you will either see a page or receive an email if you have supplied your email address acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed, the contract between us is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date we take payment.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full at the earliest opportunity .
Right to refuse orders
We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders:
In the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price;
If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card.
We will arrange your initial consultation via the contact method you provide to us when you submit your subscription application. Please allow up to 7 business days for contact. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to make contact if you have supplied us with an incorrect contact information due to error or omissions. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed correspondence and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct contact details.
Consultations include services described and outlined relative to the chosen subscription.
Consultations must be booked by the Subscriber via telephone (0203 794 5488) or email (email@example.com) and can only be for the individual registered with the subscription.
Consultations can be booked no less than 2 weeks in advance subject to discretion and service availability.
Consultations are offered with a minimum frequency between consultations according to the subscription plan chosen when registering as detailed below :
Standard Plan - 8 weeks
Plus+ Plan - 8 weeks
Monthly Plan - 4 weeks
Services are provided on a consultation basis and is not subject to a specific time frame or the delivery of treatment.
Subscription fees must be up to date and in full with no fees in arrears.
Professional Correspondence (GP Letters) will incur a £20 fee, payable at the point of request unless covered by the Plus+ or Monthly Plans.
Tissue sample packaging for analysis incur a £10 fee, unless covered by a Complete Plan.
Request of services or goods is a form of consent, you may withdraw consent at any time for services via verbal or written communication to Complete Feet Healthcare Limited or any of its agents, unless it violates any of our terms of service.
Complete Feet Healthcare Limited provide foot health services, utilising equipment that may result in irritation or minor injury such as: irritation, inflammation, cuts and grazes. There is a reasonable chance users will experience these and accept this risk by using Complete Feet Healthcare Limited services.
If you are booking a consultation without fees accruing to the required consultation fee, then this balance must be paid in full prior to your consultation, failure to bring the accruing fees up to balance with a top up fee may result in your consultation being cancelled at our discretion.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of services in the following circumstances:
where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us;
where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes, partner agreement breach/suspension or malicious damage involving employees.
Term, Cancellations and Refunds
As a subscription there is no minimum term, fees paid to date will not be refunded.
For all subscriptions you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our Customer Care Team either by telephone or email. See contact details below.
We offer a no-refund service except for circumstances outlined in these terms.
Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include taxes (where applicable) and state the payment method. If you make ongoing payments or continuous credit card payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase. Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
Credit Card Payment
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Subscribe" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
Our liability to you in the event of cancellation owing to unforeseen circumstances or incidents outside our control shall be at our discretion, be limited either to a replacement consultation or refund of the cost of the missed consultation.
Non attendance of consultations without prior notice to us via telephone or email 48 hours before the agreed consultation time will result in non refund.
To the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents.
These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or rely upon any provision of them.
Use of Personal Information
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address, credit card details) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order.
Personal data will be handled in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. You allow the use of data for recuperation of fees.
We will never sell your personal data.
Data may be used to inform allied services of your use and requirements such as informing your General Practitioner.
You agree to medical photography, used for the purposes of health care status monitoring, efficacy of intervention, education, publication and marketing materials by Complete Feet Healthcare. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with it, or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
These Terms and Conditions override any contrary terms or conditions published by us in relation to any order placed by you with us.
